The villa is set in a large, gated garden with its own large 8m x 4m swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers and parasols. The shaded patio area has an excellent outside dining and seating area, ideal for relaxation and alfresco dining; this is accessible from the lounge and dining roomPool maintenance is done by the gardener every day, without disturbing you.

Entrance is on the ground floor with living area, sofas and air conditioning. There is also a Play Station / dvd TV system in the lounge and a CD / Radio system together with full UK TV channels. Wi-Fi is available for guests via a modem, The living area opens to the large terrace and pool.
Kitchen
Can find whatever you have in your home and there is a modern built-in kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, stovetop, tea machine. There are also 8-person dinner and service sets and everything else.

Location
The beautiful Olu Deniz Bay with its many beachfront rooftop restaurants and shops is 10 minutes away by car or Dolmus, as is the bustling harbor town of Fethiye. The dolmus is the local bus service; fully air-conditioned minibuses, with services every few minutes and cost less than £ 1 per person; a comfortable 15 minute walk will take you to the Dolmus stop. There is also a taxi button at the entrance to the villa.
The lively nightlife of Hisaranou is within an easy 20 minute walk or a short taxi / car ride. There are a number of local restaurants within a 15 minute walk and apartment hotels within a 10 minute walk with alternative restaurant facilities. The nearest local supermarket is within a 10 minute walk, with larger supermarkets a 15 minute walk away. The local supermarket will happily deliver your shopping back to the villa. Most local restaurants will also collect you from the villa and drop you back at the end of your evening.

The property also has an alarm and CCTV security system. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the Villa. Check-in time is 15.00 and exit time is 10.00. Electricity, water, gas, internet and entrance cleaning are free of charge. In addition, if requested; baby cots and high chairs are available at an additional charge.
